By placing an order with Asia Textile Mills, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all transactions unless otherwise stated in writing by Asia Textile Mills.

1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Asia Textile Mills.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order in part or full at our sole discretion.

2. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, freight, and handling charges unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due as per the agreed terms on the invoice.
Any amount not paid by the due date will attract interest at the rate of 18% per annum, calculated from the due date until the date of full payment.
The buyer shall be liable for any collection costs, legal fees, and other expenses incurred in the recovery of overdue payments.

4. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Asia Textile Mills will not be liable for any delay in delivery due to factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility.

5. Returns & Claims

Claims for damages or shortages must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Goods once sold will not be taken back unless there is a manufacturing defect, and such return is approved in writing by Asia Textile Mills.

6. Warranty

Asia Textile Mills warrants that the products shall conform to the agreed specifications.
No other warranty, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

Asia Textile Mills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the goods sold.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State/Country, e.g., India].
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Insert City, e.g., Mumbai].

9. Force Majeure

Asia Textile Mills shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, labor unrest, or transportation disruptions.
